The marketing team played a key role in the successful launch of Burger & Lobster’s first UK opening outside of London in over eight years.
Our new Brighton site, located on Market Street, opened with a series of high-impact activations designed to drive buzz and engagement including an interactive coin hunt, a well-attended launch event and soft opening, and a branded bike sampling activation across the city.
The Brighton launch exceeded expectations, generating strong footfall and local interest. We’re excited to build on this momentum as the restaurant continues to establish itself within this vibrant and dynamic market.
